I was extremely lucky to win a cleanse, condition, cut & colour in a competition when the salon launched and finally got the chance to go along today. What a beautiful salon! Had extensions put in and colour done by Melissa a couple of weeks ago and I am still so pleased with them! I was very nervous after having bad extensions in the past, (and going to the hairdressers scares me a bit anyway!) but the team here were great, I was reassured and looked after every step of the way, from consultation till end result and aftercare, even invited back for a free 'check up' to make sure I was getting on okay. From the complimentary drink menu and cupcakes to phone chargers, everything has been thought of and the salon looks great. Massage chair while you relax looking at the starlight ceiling, glass of bubbly and the staff are friendly and happy. I can't recommend this enough, certainly by far the best salon on Torquay as far as I'm concerned. This salon is literally in "a class" all of its own.. The Salon is bright clean and has the most amazing "starlight" ceiling in the backwash area, with the added bonus of massaging chairs as you have your hair washed, you really feel pampered! The attention to detail is mirrored in the service to customers. All the staff at H&Co are lovely. I am a previous client of Jessica and Melissa and can highly recommend them, they are superb stylists and highly customer centred. The salon itself is a delight to visit. My hair is lovely and shiny and given that I bleach it, that isn't an easy thing to achieve but they did!! The secret is out - You owe it to yourself to check out this amazing salon it is a "CUT" above the rest and in a class of its own... you will LOVE this place !!!read more

Nothing was too much trouble with time spent discussing my options best suited to my own needs & hair style that I could easily manage in between visits to the salon. Sammy had a vision and her wonderful personality and confidence kept me on the edge of my seat until the final reveal. I knew I was in safe hands!
This wasn't just any hair dressing appointment, this was an amazing experience with a team that felt like your friends. You can tell they enjoy their work and care deeply about making their clients happy.
From an ice cold drink to a relaxing massage chair whilst your hair is being washed, there is not a moment I didn't enjoy.

Hannah is a lovely lady, she was very punctual in fact early but that was okay. She discussed what I would like done to my hair. She really listened and gave a few ideas. We agreed what would be best and Hannah made a start. Hannah was very gentle in dealing my hair and dos exactly what we discussed and then made sure I was definitely happy with it or need anything else doing to do it.
Hannah did a half head highlights and then a trim.

Such a warm welcome from the team at H&Co this morning. I immediately felt at ease, nervous but excited over the big change that was about to happen.
Sammy had a vision and her wonderful personality and confidence kept me on the edge of my seat until the final reveal. I knew I was in safe hands!
This wasn't just any hair dressing appointment, this was an amazing experience with a team that felt like your friends. You can tell they enjoy their work and care deeply about making their clients happy.
From an ice cold drink to a relaxing massage chair whilst your hair is being washed, there is not a moment I didn't enjoy.
Expect nothing but the best from H&Co. I'm excited for my next visit 😊

Fabulous experience!!!
I had my hair cut, coloured and styled a few days ago and was a bit nervous about having a new hairdresser, I didn't need to worry. My hairdresser was Sammy, she made me feel quite at ease and listened to exactly what I wanted. She did a fantastic job on my hair and after a couple of cold drinks, a hairwash, whilst sitting in a really comfy massage chair, I came out from there feeling completely relaxed and very happy with the service. Hannah, the owner and all the staff are really very friendly and I'm looking forward to my next visit with Sammy. My husband wanted me to to also add, that he really likes my new hair do and loves the colour.
Just to say, my husband wants to go with me next time, but as hes pretty much bald, I don't think he needs to LOL! Thanks everyone and all the best for your future business. x
