Excellent It was my first time visiting H&CO & my hair was in horrific condition. Sammy did me a full head of highlights & gave me a good cut & my hair now feels & looks incredible. Sammy spoke me through everything, made me feel so welcome, showed me & told me about the products & kept offering me a drink & magazines. I felt so comfortable & at ease with her which was lovely as I was a bit nervous. I will definitely be coming back to H&CO & asking for Sammy. I swear she has magic hands!!

Friendly atmosphere, lovely staff, good music. I have nothing bad to say. I was worried about the eczema on my scalp but the hairdresser was kind about it and even offered to cut my hair longer so as to keep it from showing. Very thoughtful. This was my first time at H&CO and it certainly won't be my last. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely experience The salon is lovely, clean and modern; with parking close by. This salon has many luxury touches, including a reclining massage chair to enjoy whilst your hair is washed; which was my favourite. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was talked through every step of my treatments. I look forward to returning again!

Fantastic!! Booked with Ellie for cleanse, blow dry and curling. As an awkward customer I asked for 1930s style curls as I had an event to go to. WOW- I think I may have put Ellie out of her comfort zone BUT she definitely delivered! I have never had so many compliments about my hair. Thank you so much x

Fabulous stylist, lovely salon Elysia has cut and coloured my hair a few times now and she just keeps getting better! chuffed!!! had a great experience today at h&co. my stylist was Hannah,she was lovely really friendly and chatty....but not too chatty.!!!! The atmosphere in the salon was really relaxed. busy but not too busy that u can't hear your self think. Only noticed half way through that they offered prosecco............darn it!!! Will def be booking again.......oh and I am sooooo pleased with my hair cut. Will be recommending the salon.

Will be recommended I took advantage of the 20% for the last minute appointments and I am so thrilled I did. Fabulous hair wash with massage chair and feet up. brilliant stylist who listened to me and did as I asked but better.. very happy will definitely recommend to my friends and family.. and all for £23 quid with the 20% off.. amazing!!! Compliment city!! Booked in with Sammy for a full head colour. Went from dark brown to BRIGHT purple and blue! The whole process took about 6hrs, 2 bleachings and Sammy was a warrior! Good tunes, plenty of banter and even one of the girls went and put extra time on the car for me save going out gowned up and half bleached 😂 super super happy with the results and getting soooooo many compliments its crazy!! Can't thank her enough!!!

Fantastic Have been to the salon a couple of times now and couldn't recommend highly enough. I have naturally curly hair which has been cut badly several times in salons around the bay, Hannah understood everything i asked of her and instantly put me at ease, she really listened to me and made the experience a pleasure for the first time, I usually hate having my haircut but have to say throughly enjoyed every minute at H & Co. Loved the cut and colour and most of all loved the fact that Hannah didn't insist on blow drying my hair so i look like a frizz bomb, she totally understands curly hair and i now wouldn't go anywhere else. Best salon I've ever been to! I visited here a few days ago for a cut and style. I was so chuffed to get a appointment on the last minute slots! And being able to make appointments online is so handy!! From the moment I walked in I felt at ease, the lady on reception was so friendly and smiley. Offered me a lovely cold drink straight away. Then Paris came up and introduced herself and we sat for a few minutes discussing what I wanted where she really took a lot of interest in to get exactly what I wanted! Then we went over to the wash basins which was so lovely! It's like everything has been thought about! The star roof is lovely to look at, and even have recliner and massaging chairs!! Heaven! During the cut was so lovely, Paris was so easy to talk to!! I'm usually a shy girl but conversation just flowed out so easily! She was so friendly and she put so, so much detail and effort into the cut to make it exactly how I asked. The slightest things she was doing she was asking me if I would like it this way or that way to make it perfect, and making me aware of what she was doing. I felt like I was her only client of the day, the amount of time and thought she was putting into it, didn't feel rushed at all! The finished result is exactly how I wanted and I love it! Even paying at the end, the man was so friendly, full of smiles, and told me my hair looked lovely. I have been to a couple of salons in the past and can definitely say this has been the best one yet! The look of the place is so unique and beautiful!! It's like something you would expect to see in central London, but with cheaper prices! Very, very pleased with my visit and I look forward to booking again in a couple of weeks! WOW amazing hair salon I've just moved to the area about 9 weeks ago and I see this shop getting ready to be a hair salon it had it's name already on the windows but inside was empty few weeks later I notice it was all finished and open.

So on Friday the 9th of June I popped in to see if they could do my hair I was desperate it needed a cut. wow the lady on the desk was so nice and friendly I felt at ease straight away I asked how quick she could it me in and the lady said would 2pm today be ok so from then on they looked after me for 40 minutes because it wasn't worth me going home.

I sat in the waiting room watching this new salon in action I was so impressed how it looked and how friendly the people are. the lady on the desk kept coming over to make sure I was ok and having a friendly chat plus helped me put there app on my phone. then it was time for me to have my haircut. Hannah came over and had a chat with me about my hair and what I would like she listen and I felt I was in good hands.

Hannah is a very kind friendly young lady and made me feel so much at home. if anyone as short hair she is the one to go too I was so happy with my hair and I came out of the salon feeling really good and made a friend. I've been to loads of salons and this one is out standing. Hannah just wanted to say keep doing what your doing you will go far. I wish you all the best in this new venture you should been proud of yourself. I will be back my hair looks fab thank you so so much. 10 out of 10 love kirsti xxx
